The Course
This degree programme offers a natural progression from Higher National Diploma or Foundation Degree Music programmes.
This degree course develops professional skills and specialist practice within a challenging framework of leading edge research and production. The course aims to produce innovative and creative practitioners able to fulfil a variety of roles within the new media and creative technology industries.

Course Content
The course includes four skills based modules:

• Major Production Project
• Experimental Sound and Synthesis
• Business and Career Developments
• Dissertation

These modules give students an opportunity to develop their skills within the key areas of music production, business awareness, advanced use of sound and synthesis software and research.

Musician/Engineer/Producer.

Entry Requirements
HND with merit/distinction profile or Foundation Degree in a relevant Music programme
Applicants with relevant professional experience but no formal qualifications will be considered
Applications from mature students are welcome
